Gordon was clutch throughout the entire postseason leading the Royals’ to their first World Series Title in 30 years. He set the tone in the World Series with a two out, game tying home run off of Jeurys Familia in the bottom of the ninth inning of game 1. The Royals went on to win that game in extra innings and win the World Series 4 games to 1. Gordon is a 3 time All-Star and 6 time Gold Glove Award winner.
