This is a Genuine Louisville Slugger Bat autographed by Hall of Fame pitcher Robin Roberts. The bat comes with certified Authenticity provided by James Spence Authentication. Roberts finished his career with 286 wins, over 2,500 strike outs and career ERA 0f 3.41. Roberts spent the majority of his career with the Phillies, he also pitched for the Orioles, Astros and Cubs before calling it a career. Roberts also holds the distinction of breaking up a no hitter when he knocked a hit off the White Sox’ Gary Peters on July 16, 1963. Peters allowed no runs and walked no batters, but it was opposing pitcher Roberts, then playing for the Orioles, who stole the spotlight.
