This is a baseball from 1935 featuring the signatures of Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig and a number of other Major League Baseball Stars from the era. This unique Ruth & Gehrig ball was signed in 1935, the final year of Ruth’s playing career when he played for the Boston Braves. It includes 28 signatures of players from the NY Yankees, Boston Braves and St. Louis Cardinals. It is also noted on the ball that this was Shanty Hogan’s 1st Home Run ball hit in spring training of 1935 while playing for the Braves. This unique ball also contains the signatures of such names as Earl Combs, Frank Crosetti, Dizzy Dean and even Charles Atlas.
